    1. What is your budget? ~

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer?

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows?

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer?

    5. Do you need a monitor?

5a. If yes, what size do you need.

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Keyboard/Mouse/Wireless Card/Card Reader/Speakers/etc.

    7. Are you willing to try over clocking?

    8. How can you pay?

    9. When are you purchasing?

Fill that out man. But it's seems you already know what you want. When posting the above form filled out again, try stick a please in somewhere and someone might help you.

I bought mine from pcspecialist.co.uk. Without windows installed which saved me nearly E100.
They have a good configuration system on their website
