Are fire brigade call-outs covered by home insurance?

Hey all. Just wondering if anyone knows if insurers pay out when the fire brigade is called out to a property, and who is liable for such a call-out when it is shared accommodation that is involved. Is it the property owner or the person who set the fire alarm off?

It should be wrtten on the policy. Some do some dont. Sometimes the charge is less then the excess so you end up paying anyway.
