    This week's RAW preview.

A brawl at the end of Raw with everyone in the ring as Michael Cole shouts "Is this a preview of what we're going to see Sunday in Texas!"

    As is tradition.

With Goldberg or any other superstar, standing alone in the ring as Cole says, just before RAW goes off the air "are we looking at the winner of the Royal Rumble"

    Owens/Jericho/Roman/Rollins combination match No. 657.

I don't think I can watch Raw anymore, it's the worst.

I'm saying it right now Reigns standing tall at the end with the world title tonight.

Maybe they'll change it up this week and not have Rollins, Reig...... Okay even I can't type something as unbelieveable as them not closing out the show.

    To deafening boos, hopefully.

You've made a terrible mistake. I've been here since the beginning, I'm in too deep, forget about me but you've only been here 5 minutes! Get out of here! Switch off before it's too late, save yourself while you still can.

Lana was worth switching the tv on for

That final segment sounded a bit bizarre without having seen it.

Can't believe I missed Jericho Reigns face off. I doubt I'll ever get to see that match up again.

It's a dream match, they need to keep them apart for a big show someday.

Wouldn't it be great if the final four are Brock, Goldberg, undertaker and James Ellsworth??

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,868 ✭✭✭Andersonisgod

I've just awoken with feelings of regret and shame having watched that entire show last night.

The main event segment though was hilarious for all the wrong reasons, from Goldberg cutting his head open by headbutting a door, to that fan doing the Hogan shirt rip on camera, to Goldberg forgetting his lines while blood ran down his head because, again for reasons only known to Goldberg, he headbutted a door, and then The Undertaker appeared for 5 seconds and did an ominous stare. The irony was that if you'd watched the whole show you were probably furious that it cut out after the 5 seconds of good television yet the other 3 hours and 15 minutes seemed to go on forever.

Can you imagine the next few months of Roman and Strowman in different tag matches as the main event until Mania?

    No buys.

    No buys.

Well it's subscribers not buys now so it's harder to establish who & who doesn't draw. I don't see any full time talent being one as there is so much time to fill they drag out anything that works & a lot of matches have been exhausted already with the limited amount of main eventers.

Would be interesting to see what happened after the show ended... pity it wasn't interesting to see what happened before it ended.

Pretty sure Woods calling her fine got the biggest pop of the night.

Dot Net reader Brian Preto attended Monday’s WWE Raw in Cleveland, Ohio and sent the following report on what happened after the television show concluded:

Brock Lesnar left the ring. Goldberg left the ring and stayed at ringside for a few minutes before he walked away. Undertaker did his kneel thing (the poor guy had trouble getting up from that), then he went up the ramp, did the fist pose, and that was a wrap.

    So, absolutely nothing, basically.

I actually really liked the end segment for Raw. Goldberg bleeding was cringeworthy alright and I felt bad for him messing up his lines, but the crowd popped huge for Brock being there, and that was followed by an even bigger pop for Taker's appearance. The cliffhanger-type ending didn't bother me; they teased that you will get to see these guys go at it at the Rumble which is what was required, and I haven't been this interested in a match probably since Goldberg vs Lesnar at Survivor Series.

The other matches on the card could have been built better but I feel the Rumble match itself has been promoted better this year than in many years with lots of potential winners and ways they can go. I'm very excited to see what happens in it.

I have not really watched RAW since October but have kept up to date.

The trio at the end, for a now more casual viewer like me would give a good nostalgia buzz.

But the reason I stopped watching was because of the ending. I would be make interested if it was Seth, Reigns and Owens, after getting booked well, kept apart from each other, over the last few months. When they have Guys like Jericho, Sami, Rusev, Cesaro, New Day on the roster the three lads had plenty of good people to work with instead of each other.

Instead seeing Seth, Reigns and Owens together would now be a big meh. Shocking waste.

Think the only thing i enjoyed on Raw was the Zayn/Rollins match and was convinced Zayn was gonna get pinned

  • Registered Users Posts: 29,045 ✭✭✭✭CastorTroy

The best thing about Raw these days is that i can watch 3 hours in less than an hour and miss nothing. And by watch, I mean have on in the background

  • Registered Users Posts: 32,956 ✭✭✭✭Omackeral

The booking of Owens has been f*cking sh*te since HHH helped him win. He was coming out in suits for a bit and looking like a menacing corporate champ but now he's Reigns whipping boy. Couldn't give a f*ck about much on Raw anymore tbh. Cruisers have been brutal compared to the CWC, Anderson and Gallows in their 50/50 booking has killed any interest I have in them when they should be bad ass renegades. Rusev is stuck in mid card hell when he should be a contender for the top title, I should be considering him a threat in the rumble, he's an afterthought. Women's revolution... yeah ,me boll*x. It's the Charlotte ''Queen of PPV'' Flair show featuring Sasha Guerrero Banks. Queen of PPV, sounds like a porn moniker. The real women's revolution is happening on Smackdown Live. Oh and Show is back, how will anyone get this giant over the top rope... probably the same way they've done it for the last 18 years.

    F*cking Raw. F*ck off. F*ck off now.

anyone going up againist reigns is going to be booked terribly as they dont want anything to harm the golden boy. i just find it hard t believe that there still making these mistakes after they did similar with cena.

i like roman in the ring but his character and lack of charisma is shocking. hes never going to be the guy his only chance is being top heel but the entire company is deluded in thinking hes the top guy. i still feel in 2 years time we will still be talking about him being pushed terribly.

Amazing how RR was the "in thing" when he was in the Shield, getting massive pops, breaking Royal Rumble records and now? Yikes.
