I don't even watch RAW/Smackdown via Sky+ anymore. Fast forwarding through the 3 hours is painful enough.

The Youtube highlights the next day tick all the boxes. If a segment looks particularly good, I might dig out the full piece, but that's quite rare.

if i dont watch wrestling live i very rarely will watch a full show these days. the top 10 thing on youtube and recommendations of good segments and matches on her/twitter is how im watching.

Re Kevin and Chris or Chris and Kevin Segment.

WOW just wow. That was so well done. The list of KO reveal was so well done I have enjoyed the run Jericho has had with the List of Jericho and the many many memorable segments it has entailed. I do hope the title is kept on Owens for WM and does not go to the 'other' match. I assume as others have said that for this run at least Jericho will soon fade into fozzyland.

On another related note I look forward to the crowd the night after WM and wonder what will be this years moment. I remember so well the pop Ziggler got the night he cashed in MiTB.

i wonder will this new stable that Triple H could be creating take out both Goldberg and Brock Lesner

Lesner will win the title at mania off goldberg and with help from this group Samoa Joe or KO will win the title on Raw after WM ???

This could lead to a match at summerslam Lesner/Goldberg and ???? vs Triple H/KO/Joe

Gather round good brothers and sister (hi Liz), it's that time of the bastard week once again, yeah another Monday, another episode of the longest running weekly episodic show on television

    Raw2016Logo-500x281.jpg

    Here's this weeks preview.

Strowman and Big Show to battle on Raw
Braun Strowman demands competition, and Raw General Manager Mick Foley — try as he might — hasn’t been able to satisfy the goliath’s thirst for combat. That might all change this Monday night, however, when The Monster Among Men meets the 7-foot-tall Big Show one-on-one in the center of the ring.

Big Show is no stranger to Strowman’s superhuman strength, having been eliminated by the juggernaut in this year’s Royal Rumble Match. As for Strowman, he’ll be going up against a leaner, meaner Big Show, whom many would argue is in the best shape of his career. Will the veteran teach Strowman what it means to be a giant, or will The Monster Among Men pick up some massive momentum en route to his WWE Fastlane clash with Roman Reigns?

Is Bayley’s Raw Women’s Championship victory tainted?
This past Monday night, Bayley’s childhood dream came true when she pinned Charlotte Flair’s shoulders to the mat for the three-count and captured her first Raw Women’s Championship. However, it’s unlikely that dream included a last-minute assist from a friend, Sasha Banks, who attacked The Queen with her crutch moments before The Huggable One scored the pinfall.

Granted, The Boss was simply evening the odds after Dana Brooke rushed to ringside to aid Charlotte, but Bayley clearly had no intention of winning her first Raw Women’s Title under those circumstances based on her Twitter exchange with The Queen.

    https://twitter.com/itsBayleyWWE/status/831984218175569920?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw

    Somebody's salty

Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho: Best friends no more
WWE’s first “Festival of Friendship” ended in calamity when WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens callously attacked his supposed best friend, Chris Jericho, and sent the United States Champion to the hospital.

The true extent of Jericho’s injuries is unknown at this time, though one thing is certain: Jeri-KO is no more. Now, The Prizefighter is truly alone as he prepares to defend his title against Goldberg at WWE Fastlane. Will Owens soon regret betraying the only friend he had in the Team Red locker room?

    Who can stop Samoa Joe?
Triple H’s “Destroyer” continued to live up to his moniker this past Monday night on Raw, ambushing Sami Zayn during a post-match interview, tossing him into the screen on the stage and locking The Underdog from the Underground in the dreaded Coquina Clutch submission hold.

The attack came after Zayn called Samoa Joe a “sellout,” alluding to The Samoan Submission Specialist’s association with The Game. As Zayn looks to gain momentum on The Road to WrestleMania, will he retaliate against Joe this Monday night, or will Joe’s destruction continue unabated?

Have a feeling they will announce Finn Balors return tonight and we won't get a surprise return. Have a feeling he will be back at the 13th March episode of raw

It's Presidents Day in America today I wonder how much Vince will put over Trump throughout the show.

They have, very celebrate lay, avoided integrating politics into the product so far. I would imagine that will continue...

    You're probably right.

    Also
    The Rock
is supposed to be backstage at the moment.

    Will we get Emma back?

Big Show v Braun as the main event. That's me off too sleep. Shows gone too crap since the Owens promo.

I actually though Strowman vs Show was a great match. loved it.

Strowman continues to impress me. Constantly developing. Guy is going to make an awesome monster champion, and I really hope ye out him over Reigns. Strowman looks like the guy who should beat the winner of Goldberg vs Lesnar.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,689 ✭✭✭sky88

that was a great match between show/braun

if they go with lenar/goldberg for the title honestly they should have braun destroy lesnar who im assuming gets his win back at the raw after mania.

id much rather have braun againist taker and have him beat him ad you have your new superstar

Wow, quietest its ever been on here for Raw in years?

Wow, quietest its ever been on here for Raw in years?

Watching Roman Reigns destroy the tag team champions on his own two weeks in a row is enough to alienate people. Nobody wants to see it.

The women's division on Raw is a busted flush to me. Bayley annoys me, Sasha is a terrible babyface and Charlotte is the Queen of PPV. Seriously, they boast that she can lose on Raw but not PPV, weird.

We were told Sami Zayn vs Kevin Owens would never happen again and yet it happens every other week. They've finally booked Kev as strong again but is it too late?

They have Enzo and Cass stripped back to the same catchphrases now all that does is give them go away heat, sure the crowd were chanting ''thank you Sheamus'' when he hit Amore with the brogue kick. Let them be themselves, that's what got them over. Enzo can go toe to toe with anyone on the mic. No need to shoe horn cuppa haters in every single week.

I think Smackdown is infinitely a much better show. I'm done with Raw.

Til next week. See ya all then.

  • Registered Users Posts: 60,561 ✭✭✭✭Agent Coulson

KO in the ring on his own at the start just didn't work and the boring chants were right.

They had to fortify the ring because of the combined 800 pounds of Strowman & Show give over Michael Cole.

Yet its fine for tag team matches with 4 wrestler who combined weight more or battle royals or half a dozen wrestlers in the ring talking sh1te before fighting.

Roman once again making the tag team Champions look like Jobbers.

    Most Curiserweights big pile Meh.

    Lana in Red Oh Yes.

Rusev stuck with Jinder and The New Day he deserves so much better :( Booooo Vince.

Also The New Day just fcuk off or turn heel.

    English Curiserweights big yes.

Nia Jax has something about her I like.

Steph needs to get her comeuppance at WM or all this putting down the wrestlers is for nothing.

Well deserved DDP getting into the HoF.

Sami really has just become a human rag doll for other wrestlers to beat up and throw around a jobber to the stars if you wish.

Strowman & Show really was great.

Kevin Owens heel promo - good start to the show, but the turn is maybe 2/3 weeks too late, also a serious homage to Eddie Guerrero the way he sat on the chair..

Reigns destroying The Club for the 2nd week running - **** right off with that please.

Sheamus brogue kicking Enzo - Thanks you Sheamus.

The New Day - pretty much 2nd what Agent Coulson said above.

Lana in red - again what Coulson said.

Nia Jax - Potential monster women's champion..

    Strowman/Show - Actually wasn't too bad.

Stephanie - why does she have to hog the spotlight?

Sami Zayn - Just send him to Smackdown Live please.

Enzo is one of the worst wrestlers I have ever seen I'm actually terrified watching him

  • Registered Users Posts: 29,047 ✭✭✭✭CastorTroy

Strowman really is impressive. I hope Vince has now decided that he is The Guy.

Why do they need to have Reigns defeat the tag champs single handedly? They should be beating him or even give Reigns a partner to get pinned if they want to save him. And why is he even involved with them instead of a tag team being involved? I don't even know who the no. 1 contenders for the tag titles are. I think Sheamus and Cesaro.

Is it me or does everything Sasha says to Bayley sound like she's about to turn on her?

I never got why people were saying WWE were over pushing Cass a few months ago at his expense. He's sloppy & his offence looks very weak.
The worst botch you'll see all year was Cesaro trying to throw him over the top last week. Enzo made a mess of it first time; picked himself up off the canvas & without Cesaro touching him threw himself over the top rope.
Didn't enjoy this Raw, the fact these threads are essentially stickies shows the can miss nature the product. It's all fairly repetitive & afterwards I have to go check to see when the generic named PPV's are.

That time of the bastard week good brothers and sister, the go home show for Fastlane..

Here's your preview, just gonna link to it instead.

    Usual channel, usual time.

So it's gone from a new thread for each episode with a preview, to a superthread with a preview each week, and now to a link to a preview. Brother Lithium this can't go on, PW Boards traditions must be respected.

A sign of the general interest in Raw these days though in all seriousness.

I've just been burned out by it all, not even gonna watch it, or fast forward it, just read this thread/Reddit's Squared Circle, same thing with Fastlane, just read the thread.

Smackdown Live will be another story, it's the only WWE show I actually look forward to watching and doing the previews for, RAW's just "meh"..

If anyone else wants to do the weekly RAW previews until I find my smile again, it will be greatly appreciated by this burned out Good Brother.

Absolutely no interest in these alternating Goldberg/Lesnar appearances.

The fact that Enzo and Cass are one of the "highlights" to look out for tells you how garbage Raw is.

"Is Roman Reigns fighting a losing battle against Braun Strowman?" Shíte off with your Big Dog overcoming the odds crap.

Charlotte and Bayley. No interest due to Charlotte being the PPV Queen so this predictable.

The Rollins update is the only mildly interesting thing on this show.

    Raw is shít.

  • Registered Users Posts: 38,321 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

Doubt Finn Balor will return tonight ???, Has 5 more raws to return until mania or he is possibily getting the Raw after Mania treatment. I knw hes advertised for a few upcoming house shows but 'line up subject to change' and all that

Hope they start the show off with Rollins but have a feeling that will be later on

Another flying Goldberg Apperence to look forward too, come out say 'You and your title are NEXT' and spear and jackhammer someone

That Oscar envelope joke was absolutely dreadful. Crowd no-sold the life out of it and I don't blame them.
