Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Frontline Movember 2016 Campaign

Every year members from all the frontline and voluntary services take part in the Movember campaign and grow a moustache to help raise funds and awareness in the battle against cancer and to help those suffering with mental health issues.
Great work has been done on all fronts, this year however we hope to do something a little different and bring all the services together and create a team that will hopefully raise a a lot of funds and also bring awareness to the issues surrounding those that are at greater risk of PTSD and in which suicide is becoming an ever increaing problem within those that serve.

So far the Dublin Fire Brigade, An Garda Siochana, Civil Defence and the Dublin Airport Fire and Police Service have all pledged their support to the Frontline Mo-Bro's team and are beginning to recruit their members. We then hope at the end of the month to get all teams together and have a "Shave Off" within the grounds of DFB's Phibsboro Fire Station where vehicles and equipment will be displayed alongside Barbers from Sam's Barbers Dublin who are the Irish Movember Ambassadors who will give all those taking part a full Hot Towel Shave to finish off the campaign.

If this is something that you'd like to gt involved and take part in please feel free to visit the Facebook page and sign up to the team. It is open to all services both frontline and voluntary and to all supports, family and friends !

They can take part in plenty of ways, by friendly encouragement (Slagging) of the lads taking part. Getting involved with the Movember Move, basically setting a fitness target for the month and getting donations for every target you hit ! Theres lots of ways the Mo-Sista's can be a part of it, the Movember website has lots of options !
