    FAI started just after I started squatting regularly, not 100% if it's the direct cause of the FAI but the timing is suspicious.

    Have had one key hole on right hip and left hip is going the same way. I don't go near the squat rack now.

    Yeah, that's why I used from/while instead of saying it was a direct cause. It's entirely possible I never would have encountered it if I didn't train and stress my heart. Downside would have been all the negatives of having a garbage cardiovascular system and negligible muscle.

    Out the other side now so it was worth it.
