does that eir sport line 0818 203040 ever get answered! hanging for 13 minutes now!!

Not a great day with eir, eir sport wont answer line and said from outset wait was 5 mins, its now 14. This is very poor.

they answered after 25 mins and its 0818. got sorted. I hope thats me finished with eir for a good few months.
