Child of Light isn't cross buy so it's only for PS4. Tbh, it's so tiny on the Vita, you'd be better off playing it on the larger screen.

Shite. Ah well, wanted to play it anyway so it'll be good to have it.

Was going to buy Second Son last month after getting a new TV with HDR suppose, but didn't due to the backlog, delighted to have held off now! Happy with Child of Light because I can play that on the Vita.

Have RIGS but it's literally sitting in its plastic since I got it. Might move that on so...

I bought infamous 3 months back!
I thought we'd never get it for free. It's 3.5 years old at this stage!
Ah well, only spent 9 bucks on it :)

Infamous is a disapointment, we already got First Light as a PS Plus title and that was a total borefest. Great to see VR games making an appearance though, will start saving them to library for when I finally have the cash to spend on getting the kit.

I enjoyed both SS and FL a lot, think its a great game to get for people who haven't played it.

Pretty short but works for me with big backlog..Been keen on SS so glad held off.
Great to see VR game make appearance

Is infamous first light worth playing before second son?

they were released the other way round so id say no.

I'd go with 2nd son first and First Light is a bonus then if you enjoyed it.

I never paid much attention to the series so just as well I asked :pac:

I just assumed First Light was before Second Son.

Chronologically yes, but I'd play it as per released.

Some prequels you're meant to watch/play after the main one.

Well Rigs is a terrible game, Starblood Arena is waaaaaay better. Took about an hour before the first match with tutorials, and it was pish. Deleted.

    You only played one match?

Yeah, shooting was bad, movement is bad, jumping seems random. Didn't like the demo at all, gave the full game a go, had no fun. Not for me at all. Seems to be a very polarizing game. Some love it, some think it's trash.

You didnt give it a go if you played one five minute game of team deathmatch and then deleted it.

I was surprised at how polished RIGS is. The visuals are great for a PSVR title and it seems to have quite a bit of depth. The Endzone gamemode is good fun. Theres a bit of a learning curve though, I was getting hammered by the AI early on but seem to be slowly getting to grips with controlling my rig.

tbh everyone has got so many games these days (especially with all these PS+ titles) that it's fair enough that if something doesn't grab you straight away that you move on from it.

I've limited gameplaying time and a backlog across three platforms and two generations (plus a Raspberry Pi with 25,000 games for it). I'm not sinking time into something that I'm not enjoying after 30-60 minutes.

Exactly, and Destiny 2 is going to take over from now I reckon.

Question, Rigs is showing as €29.99 for me... Do I already have to own VR before it's free? I intend on getting it, but I thought it would be like the Vita and 3 games where you can just get them for later use!

Are you signed in, where you are viewing the price?

Now it's showing as free. I was signed in, the other games were showing as free, and now Rigs is showing free! Thankfully!

Infamous: Second Son is way darker (in visuals) than I remember.

Going down some alleyways is more or less pitch black. Had to turn the brightness all the way up and put the contrast to low to brighten it up a bit.

Are you playing it on a HDR enabled television by any chance? I've heard that it's a game that really shows off what HDR can do, but maybe a bit too much perhaps? :pac:

Playing Child of Light and i love it, i'd probably have bought it if i knew i'd like it this much :D

Played a bit of it the other day and am enjoying it. I love the story which is unlike me. Infamous is pretty good too. Have it on a Pro with HDR and it is pretty dark but haven't had to change the settings and it suits the game imo. I'm going the hero route.

    Hi

if I'm topping up a PlayStation plus for three months, do I need to store my card details on the system or can I remove them once purchased.

You can remove the card after purchase or you can set the console that it does not automatically renew the subscription.

If your really against putting a card on system you can buy PS credit in a shop and redeem them amd buy the sub that way.

Whatever you do activate 2FA,makes the account a lot more secure

Don't top up by 3 months, its the most expensive method to pay for ps plus, 3 1 month subs comes out €1 cheaper.
