    With more than one in ten adults reporting to have been the victim of cyber crime or online fraud, cyber security has become a significant part of our everyday lives.  
     
    Cyber criminals often pretend to be from legitimate organisations to obtain your personal and confidential information, whether by email, phone, text or online.
     

    Remember, if something doesn't feel right, do not reveal any personal information or take any action until you have verified the legitimacy of the request. 
    • Bank of Ireland will never send you a link directly to the login page of 365online or Business On Line.
    • Bank of Ireland will never send you an email with a direct link to your latest eStatement.
    • Bank of Ireland will never ask you to share your full 365 PIN.
    • Bank of Ireland will never ask you to transfer money out of your account to protect yourself from fraud.
    • Always check eStatements or bank statements as soon as they become available.
