Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sounds like a scam. Bank would not phone you on a mobile phone. Did they ask for any details ?

Also received this. Can you confirm that this is a scam?

Edit: Not a scam. My card card details were stolen from somewhere. Good catch on BOIs part.

Hi Cunning Alias, thanks for getting in touch.

Our security team will sometimes send text messages to customers to confirm if transactions on their account are legitimate. If you do receive a text it'll never ask you to click any links or for your account details/passwords.

These texts will only ask you to respond to confirm if the transaction is genuine by replying ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. If you’re not sure about a message that you get, you can call the number on the back of your card and one of our advisers will be happy to check this for you.

I hope this has all been sorted for you now, please let me know if you need anything else, thanks.
    Nicola
