Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was going to the gym twice a week but on Tuesday of last week I took and cough and then 2 days later had pains and shivers all over, took painkillers that eased it and today i'm not as bad but have found my grip to be poor and reasonably heavy things i could lift easily before i'm struggling today with, i clinch my fist and got pains above my wrists and around the biceps ,also slight pain in my calf muscle, not fit to get back to the gym but hopefully this will clear,

It's fair to say that this is something that only a doctor will be able to help you with upon examination!

Sounds like a virus-STAY at home and don't be infecting us all with it.

Check with a Doc first to confirm.

You're sick. Weakness is normal; it can take days after you're feeling better to be back to normal. Take some time off. As said, don't go spreading your filthy germs to the rest of us.
