    Hi Guys,

I bought one of these in store last January
It's now turning itself off every 60 seconds for a minute at a time so has become unusable
The blue light stays on in front when it goes off

Sometimes it stays off requiring being plugged out and in to restart
The restart is very slow and then it starts the on off crack all over again

    What are my options?

    Hi ArKl0w.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Humax.

If it was purchased Jan 2016 then it will still be inside warranty and can be returned to us to have it repaired.

If outside of warranty we can still get it repaired but there are costs involved with this. There would be a £40 estimate which would need paid, we then send the unit back to Humax for an estimate on the repair. Once they come back with a total you can accept and have the unit repaired or decline it and we return the unit to you.

If out of warranty you could contact Humax direct and see if they would be willing to do anything  (0844 669 8800)

    Hiya Kenny,
It was actually you that I bought it from on Jan 23rd last so it's in warranty alright

    I'll post it up?
There's a possibility I'll be up there myself before the end of this month either

    Hi Arklow,

If you're coming up, then no bother you can drop it in to us, or if you do want to post it up, just make sure and include your name/address/contact details, and a short description of the fault, and we'll get it sorted.
We can then send it back down to you once it's sorted

    Cheers
    Brian

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
