Baby seats in front of 3 seater van?

Hey, as the title says. Can a baby seat (baby 4/5 months) legally be travelling in the front seat if the air bag is turned off? It is a rear facing car seat. I need a new van and want to double check before purchasing. 2007 Citroen dispatch 3 seater. Thanks in advance. :)

By my reading of the above there is no law against once air bag is off and child is on seat appropriate to weight/height

Yup, it's absolutely legal. The only issue with rf seats can be that they block the rear view mirror, but if there's three seats in the van, that shouldn't be an issue

We have the same van. Have had a maxicosi in there from the start for both of our kids. No problem.
