Installer came without additional Multiroom box

    Hi Eir Team,

    My parents had an Eir bundle installed in their house last week.  They had requested an additional box for multi room viewing in the original order.  When the installer arrived he only had one box.

    Would it be possible to find out what the status is of the additional box?

    I can PM the account number
