Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Garage Planning

I am sure this has been asked before. I intend to build a garage ( block) in my garden. It will be at the side of the house. I have been told two different size that I can do without planning permission. One person has told me 25 sq metres while another engineer has told me that recent rules allow up to 45 sq metres. I don't want to break the planning regulations but want a decent size garage.

25 I'm sure and it has to match the finishes of the main house.
