Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey, just wondering if anyone here is a member of Anytime in Dun Laoghaire - I'm wondering do they have any bench press racks, IE the benches with the stand at one end to lift the weight down from and back up to at the end of a set, in the absence of a spotter?

Asking because this is such a standard piece of equipment it seems odd that they wouldn't have any, but the 360 tour on their website seems to be completely lacking in one. They do seem to have a few smith machines, but I'd much rather use free weights for benching and as I tend to work out alone, I use these particular benches a lot.
