    Hi,

Got another problem with Calc. WhenI preview the table which runs over multiple (4) pages the top border is omitted from each of the subsequent pages. First page is fine.

I've subsequently added the table header to repeat across each page and it appears correctly - with borders.
    1. Choose Table - Insert - Table.
    2. Select the Heading and the Repeat heading check boxes.
    3. Select the number of rows and columns for the table.
    4. Click OK.
However, the border between the header and the first row of data is still missing.
The document is saved using the .ods extension and was never previously in .xls format.

    Any ideas?

Are you using Writer or Calc? Calc doesn't have an option for Tables AFAIK. Can you post the file?

You can replace all info with:
    Menu - Edit - Find & Replace
    Search For: . (Period)
    Replace with: a
    Other Options: tick 'Regular Expressions'
    Click Replace All
