Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When you add the item to your basket, and opt to pay in EUR, it will show you the exchange rate, before you have to commit to buy

For amazon, here the instrcution to check current exchange rate for your order.

For any website if you pay in £ you will need to check the exchange rate given by your credit card company.

Mastercard & visa have sites showing the current rate, but you have to know your own banks fees too.

With amazon it is usually cheaper to pay in £ than take their rate, I have kept records numerous times and it was always cheaper for me to pay in £. Years ago the difference was a lot more. More recently it is close, but I am unsure which is best if sterling is going up & down a lot.

You should always go to checkout in amazon to see the full price, as Irish vat will be applied, it will also show you if they will even ship the item to here, as lots of restrictions are in place.
