Finding an Exorcist

    Not sure what section this should be in.

    I was wondering where can could I go to get Exorcist, can a normal priest do it, or does it have to be someone that deal with evil spirits?

    I have an evil spirit with me for a while.

    Why do you think you have an evil spirit. Usually it's someone else who gets help for someone with an evil spirit. Why would this spirit allow you to come on here and ask for help ?

    Apparently every diocese has an exorcist.

    The Catholic Church's chief most prominent exorcist Father Gabriele Amorth died last month aged 91, he was the the exorcist for the diocese of Rome which includes the Vatican.
    He is said to have performed tens of thousands of exorcisms.
    He was a bit controversial, he claimed Hitler and Stalin were possessed by the devil.
    He said the devil resides in the Vatican and the consequences (the sex abuse scandals) are the result.
    He said of Satan "He can remain hidden, or speak in different languages, or even appear to be sympathetic. At times he makes fun of me. But I'm a man who is happy in his work."
    He said the film 'the exorcist' was fairly accurate of it's depiction of an exorcism.
    He said the people being exorcised of the devil would scream, blaspheme, vomit up objects, dribble, and he would clean them up.
    "When the possessed dribble and slobber, and need cleaning up, I do that too. Seeing people vomit doesn't bother me. The exorcist has one principal duty - to free human beings from the fear of the Devil."
    He said of ISIS “Isil is Satan. Things first happen in the spiritual realms, then they are made concrete on this earth,”
    He said he fights Satan spiritually “As a Christian I fight the beast spiritually, biblically speaking, we are in the last days and the beast is working furiously.”

    The Vatican have said recently the church does not have enough qualified exorcists.

    I am currently watching American Horror story and they badly need an exorcist...

    If its a demon you'll need an exorcist. But if its just a ghost a priests blessing could do the trick. Have you actually checked off all other explanations though?

    There are two ways you can approach this, the first would be to talk to a doctor about what is happening and see what they advise or you can talk to your local priest but there is a good chance they will refer you to a doctor first.

    Your best plan of action is to talk to a doctor to rule out anything medical first then maybe think about talking to your local priest if still required.
