Setting up Payees online

    The last 3 attempts I have made to set up payees online have failed as I am not receiving the required 'password/pin' by text when requested leading me to having to call, wait on hold and once again be hit for 35c per minute for the pleasure of doing so. Is there anything that can be done here as obviously online banking should be conductable online?

    We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty receiving the activation codes by text. Our website offers a support section to help with type of situation. It provides some trouble shooting techniques you can use and can be found here . Alternatively, you can send your query via the Service Desk on 365Online and a representative will be more than happy to assist you with this. 

    For our customers security we would not have account access via our social channels and I'm afraid would be unable to investigate this for you here.
