Credit vetting refuse a house move request

    We are a current customer of eir for over 7 years and are moving house at the end of october and want to take our services with us.
    Eir have told us that the credit vetting have refused our application despite us not owing eir any money and have dirct debit and ebilling.
    It is a joke in this day and age that this the problem.
