    It is, Neanderthal was like gigantopithicus,a human branch that died out
    We are descended from Cro magnon, Jacob Bronowski was the first I remember that showed this in the Ascent Of Man

    Do you remember the tv series of the same name.

    I am actually, when you grow up in a house with no women you learn quickly :)
