Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Scariest experienxe you had lately

Just in from the pub, me and my oldest brother, 65, went up the road for a couple of pints, we got chatting to a couple from Dublin, I went to the loo, I came out, female dub from couple was standing in the hallway, she turns to me and says, " I'm in trouble, can you help me out", I says, " well if I can, sure", she says, " I've got my nails on and can't pull the zip of my trousers down, will you come in with me and pull it down for me", OK I thinks, what's going on here, am I being put upon or is this genuine, I says, "well, are you sure you want me to do it, would you not be more comfortable with your man in there doing it"? She says, " that fcuker hasn't pulled my zip in a long time, and it needs pulling believe me".
I'm frantic at this stage as my sister works in the bar, my bro is in there talking to this woman's partner and I've been gone long enough to be back, so I just say, "sorry, I can't oblige, it would be an embarrassing position to put me in, my sis and bro are in the bar and your partner, what would they think if any of them walked out and caught us in the loo together and me fiddling at your trousers".
She says," don't flatter yourself, I'm busting for a piss and have a rag on, I just don't want to lose a nail, your virginity is safe". I'm still sweating this, but say OK, " I'll pull down your zip her in the hallway", she says "OK", I do it and she says "thanks for nuttin". I go back in smile at her man and my bro and sis, take a drink and think, thank god that's over. It might be fcuk all but I swear, that's the most frightening thing in my life in a while.

What do you think of that?

    Was she hot?

    She was comfortable looking, La.

I'm not sure of her actual intentions, probably innocent, but put the sweats on me.
Anyway, we left soon after, went back to me ma's, had a hot whiskey there and I'm now home and heading to bed where herself is tucked up longgo.

Isn't life great sometimes though, the craic it throws up?

I still have a week left and I'm going to enjoy it now the big party season is over, a quiet week to just potter around the sheds and house.
Herself has a list of must do jobs lined up for me, I'm going to make a start on it today, kudos for the first week of 2017 anyway, there'll still be loads of time for her to bitch at me for the rest of the year. One new clothes line going up today.

    Have you a bucket list?

Pull back covers. Get into bed. Pull covers over you.
Rest your head on the pillow. Turn off the light. Sleep.

I do sometimes, especially when I get tired now, I get it hard to keep going, waiting for a renewed burst of energy that doesn't come as easily or quickly as it used to.
