Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When was the last time you swore out loud?

Today when trying on shoes. I was by myself but that didn't stop my muttering "for fücksake why can't I find a pair of shoes that fit properly".

What size shoes do you take?

I haven't a clue. I stopped when I was in my early teens I think.

Are all your kids tall? My best friend's 13 yr old is already about 5'8. Her mammy is 5'10.

No, the eldest two are a bit taller than me though, but I'm barely scraping 5ft. The youngest is 5 and she is teeny so it doesn't look like there is much hope that she will be tall either :)

Do you think I should start a troop of travelling munchkins?

Non-existent. I got it one day though a few years ago. It wasn't the acidic burning but a chest pain and quite unpleasant it was too.

No, it's a source of amusement for the media.

There is a woman on the train with a huge bag and has been applying makeup for the last 20 mins! Do you ever see anyone applying makeup or shaving while driving?

No, just a tea and a coffee from the vendor at the train station.

Do you tend to wear dark colours or bright colours?

I tend to wear darker solid colours usually. You won't find me wearing any obvious brands or clothes with slogans like 'Oregon State University' or other such nonsense.

Are converse style runners ever out of fashion?

Probably not. They are on the banned list of footwear where I work.

Do you tend to wear the same few outfits each week or not be seen wearing the same outfit twice in a month?

Twice in a month? I can hardly remember what I had on yesterday so I doubt very much anyone would notice if I wore the same thing twice in a month. I work in an office mostly so I have 2-3 pairs of jeans and about 5-6 shirts and a couple of pairs of shoes that are my uniform so to speak.

Have you worked anywhere with a dress down Friday policy?

Just catching highlights of it now. It reminds me of when I was there during Bush's inauguration with all the pro-lifers and pro-choicers clashing and sparring off each other.

Have your views on certain issues changed over the years from when you were younger?

They have. I've become more moderate than left and in some cases closer to the right. In my early twenties I would have been a definite "bleeding heart liberal", now I'm "lock 'em up and throw away the key". Five years ago I would have voted for Clinton in a heartbeat. Today neither her or Trump would have received my vote.

    Yourself?
