I do a fair bit of walking most days. used to be fit as a fiddle

Yes.....but I prefer to feel comfortable in my skin and I enjoy it

Erm not off the top of my head. But any pharmacy should be able to sort supports out. As for training techniques, I suppose build up the miles slowly. Squats for buns of steel
And invest in good quality walking boots.

Emm....it's helpful....find knees kill on decent and wanna go to nepal on the way home....so may get cracking this week on training for it
