Where can I legally download Windows 8.1

Hi. I'm a MacBook Pro (mid-2012 model) user and I want to use the Boot Camp feature to install Windows. There's plenty of older, low-spec games on Steam that are Windows-only so Boot Camp seems to be the perfect solution until I have the money to purchase a dedicated gaming PC.

Anyway, it seems I need a 64-bit, Windows 8.1 iso to get up and running. Where I can I purchase that?

Not too sure how reliable it's going to be as Microsoft tend not to sell or resell discontinued OSes.
