When I was at Summerslam 2013 they were changing the ring canvas for every single match during the pre-match promos. Well, they would have about 10 canvases on the ring and would take off the top one, uncovering a fresh one for each match. Haven't noticed them doing it since at any live PPVs or Raws I've been to.
