Medical card on Carers allowance

    Does anyone know if you automatically get a medical card if on Carers allowance. I have just been approved and received my travel pass but am wondering if I should apply for a medical card.

    It's not automatic, as such, but you're likely entitled to one if you're on Carer's Allowance, so I'd apply straight away. Good luck! :)
