Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm working towards testing my squat, bench and deadlift after a heavy 12 weeks. Can anyone suggest a decent deload programme to ease the body and joints?

Drop the weight by maybe 30-40% and the volume by maybe 50%.

It's essentially active rest to reduce fatigue before testing.

There may be more scientific methods but I think that's the ball park of what Greg Nuckols suggests.
