Monitor Advice BenQ 22 or 24"

Looking to add two monitors to my laptop for college use.
Will be used for mainly office based word, pdfs and browsing.
Going to go with BenQ - looking for advice on 22 or 24" be better for this type of work - no gaming and secondly any way of knowing which BenQ range has the best Height adjustment?

That'll eat up a lot of desk space. Those Benqs aren't very positional.

I'd suggest looking for monitors that are VESA mountable 75x75 or 100x100 and adding monitor arms e.g VonHaus

It's handy to be able to rotate a monitor into portrait mode for reading A4 pages (though with a 24" monitor, not as much of a difference.)
