Birthday offer 30% off Wii U games

Got a mail about 30% off a few games on Wii U and just curious if these are good deals (or cheaper elsewhere).

    - Super Mario Maker - €27.99

    - Splatoon - €27.99

    - Yoshi's Woolly World - €34.99

    - Zelda Twilight Princess HD - €34.99

    - Xenoblade Chronicles X - €41.99

I don't have any of these and don't tend to play online (so perhaps Splatoon not up my street), so was thinking Super Mario Maker would be good?

Afaik Wii U games don't generally drop in price too much (unlike PC games etc) but I have a backlog of games so not in urgent need of another, but obviously want to take advantage of any deals.

So I guess what I'm asking is will Super Mario Maker drop to €27.99 in the near future or should I get it while it's this price? :)

Also Super Mario Maker vs Super Mario 3D World ... SM 3DW is roughly same price (via argos), would that be a better buy than Super Mario Maker?

They are like chalk and cheeze!
    Sure, buy both!

So the price for Mario Maker is good and probably won't be this level for a while if I don't avail of this discount?

Black Friday may or may not hold the key to getting all these games dirt cheap, cyber Monday too, but they're both well over a month away so buy now if you can if you can't join the club.

Weird it seems that some people get the 30% off discount and others just got a wallpaper?!?

A lot of props for Splatoon over Mario Maker in that reddit thread, but as I'll mostly be playing offline I guess you take whatever discounts you can with Nintendo stuff and just go for Mario Maker at that price.

    I take it there isn't a isthereanydeal.com for Wii U games? :)
