Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, The house next to us has been left to us in a will. We can convert the two properties into one by building a small hallway between the two, the houses are 1.2m apart. Then we want to register the whole property as one. Can anyone offer any advice on the best way to go about this?
    Thanks
    Thom

Hire any of the following: architect, engineer, surveyor or arch tech

and get advice on the best layout and planning permission

You will need planning permission to join the two houses (turn 2 into 1).

Plus, you'll need a lawyer to merget the two titles into one.

Thank you all for such prompt replies. I already have the plans drawn by an architect. I was hoping someone on here had already completed something similar.

What do you need to know?

Lodge planning. That's the next step.

    Hi kceire,
Thanks for reply. I was maybe hoping to view a similar property that had the work done. Not sure yet exactly what is the best way.
    Thanks
