SLS surf coach lifesaver vs rlss beach lifeguard

Hi there, looking at completing a surf instructor course in the future and see that many include a SLS surf coach lifesaver qualification. Many of the jobs I've seen advertised in Ireland however look for a beach lifeguard qualification. Would I need to do this as well or would the SLS qualification be sufficient? Any help…
