Fitness programme having lost weight

    Hi,
    Have been lurking on this forum for ages and am looking for advice. Over the past 7 months I have lost 4 and a half stone though slimming world and healthy eating.

    I am now at a stage where i am more confident going to the gym and was wondering what the best programme to do to tone up, get fit and hopefully loose some of the excess skin on my tummy.
