Low flying planes over Dublin City last 2 mornings

Anyone know what these planes are? I can only see them for a second, they seem to be in some sort of echelon formation, just 2 planes, look like maybe trainers, definitely prop driven. They are in the air right now, have been for at least a half hour, and the same yesterday morning.

They are flying a circle route around the south City Centre.

Can only catch a half second of them from my office, so cant tell what type or if they are Air Corp.

They could be PC-9's, but cant tell for sure.

    Any ideas?

I saw them too. Yes 3 doing multiple circuits. Obviously its the Air Corps but is there a specific event this is being done for?

They'd want to be careful in case they use up all of this years fuel allowance....slightly awkward running out of juice when the Russians attack.
    And as for ammo....
    Best get my tin hat!

State visit from the President of Cyprus today. Aer Corps practice runs before their part in the welcome
