The saints have forgotten how to tackle.

They never learned how to in the first place.

The Eagles game is going as expected. Two good D's against two below average offenses.

They've been so poor. I know every team has a bad day in a given season, but they look very rusty, especially Bradford. Any remaining question marks about whether the Eagles are for real have to be gone now too.

Eagles stop Vikings on 4th down and 1. Massive.

Then getting a turnover after the punt. Such a bizarre game but since the first quarter Eagles have been very good.

Have to admire how often the Lions seem to get last gasp wins.

Awful game by the Redskins today.

Joe Barry must hate Ford Field.

Sky keep going on about the British Running back Jay Ajayi and I've just looked it up and saw his parents are Nigerian and he moved to Maryland when he was 7. He's about as British as I am.

Just wait until he's involved in a scandal like a positive drug test or DUI.

"Disgraced Nigerian running back Jay Ajayi coming on to the field......."

Today was Stafford's 100th game and his 24th 4th quarter or OT game winning drive. Now while playing with the Lions probably puts him in those situations more often than most others he is definitely clutch.

Bucs were 14-0 down after thw first Quarter.

Now 17-14 ahead with 40 seconds left in the first half.

    Two really bad teams.

Two short fields for the Steelers and one is a pick in the endzone and the other is a called back TD and a missed FG.

These drops are getting on my tits. It's a very lackluster performance, seems like they're all only playing at 75%, if not less.

Edit: and then he lets a punt roll in to the endzone.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,794 ✭✭✭Mr. Guappa

Sloppy special teams there negating a great punt, and giving the Steelers a shot at points before HT.

If we need an extra roster spot, Bolden is doing his best to make space.

Nah, he'll get his customary big hit on a punt return and get a new contract.

Holy ****. 49ers have picked up at least 6 defensive injuries so far in the last 2 quarters.

This on top of giving up 27 points on the bounce.

They are trying to out Browns the Browns.

I dislike the 49ers but 6 d injuries and Bowman out til 2017 is harsh in the extreme
    Poor browns
    6 quarterbacks on 7 games
They may give Johnny football a call

Absolute cracker in Atlanta. Good thing this was in the late session of games and RedZone were able to show so much of it.

27-16 is a hell of a lot better than I think anyone expected in the circumstances. Needed a couple of stops at 14-13 and 20-16.

    Super Chargers.

    Great win for them.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,794 ✭✭✭Mr. Guappa

Chargers win in OT. Falcons going for it on 4th down in OT was a very poor call, all risk for minimal reward.

Arizona 6 Seattle 6 in overtime. Castanzo just missed from 24 yards to win it for the cardinals. Mad game

  • Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 15,697 Mod ✭✭✭✭dfx-

Arizona can't possibly lose this, they shut Seattle down for all but the busted punt...

Edit: and Hauschka misses a 25 yarder..
