    Hi everyone

    Looking to make a gluten free Christmas pudding and cake this year. Does anyone have any good tried and tested recipes?

    I used a cake recipe from Jamie Oliver a few years back. Found it really good

    Thanks, will try that. So many GF recipes turn out a bit dodgy, so always good to find one that should be nice
