Assistance with changing package

    Hi, 
    Currently I am on the Broadband, Unlimited Mobile & UK calls package and would like to switch to Broadband, Pay As You Use Home Phone. 

    Last time I tried to have something changed on my account I lost broadband. Thankfully a rep on here sorted it out for me. So I would like to deal with you guys rather than the call centre if possible.
