    Hi I need a little nudge in the right direction if anyone can point me in the right direction.

    Identify a piece of legislation that impacts

    Identify a piece of legislation that impacts on service provision within your chosen sector. Outline the historical context of this piece of legislation – for example how or why was there a need for this piece of legislation.

    1. What's your chosen sector?

    2. What part are you unsure of?

    If you know your sector, have decided on the piece of legislation, then I'd imagine you'll need to give a background to the area, the previous existing legislation if any, the issues that arose pre legislation, and plenty of cases to demonstrate the requirement.

    Hi Hoboo

    Thank for helping me, Just looking for a nudge and once i get flowing it will be like a steven king novel. Jut having difficulty starting. Not great at essays.

    I have chosen disability as that's the area i am more or less familiar with. I so far have discussed Disability Act 2005 and our statutory obligation and do on.
