Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We have been renting our house since march 2015.
I thought my wife registered with prtb and she thought i did and we just realised that neither of us did!

Is it the case that you cannot claim interest relief on rental income tax if not registered?
Can we register now and still claim it or would you have to have been registered at the time?

You can register now and pay the late payment fine and then claim 75% on your tax return.
