Maybe contact your lecturer and/or tutor and see if they can give you any information about its location. It would also be worth checking the online catalogues of libraries and archives which hold pprimary source material.

Thanks for replying.
Unfortunately, part of the assignment involves sourcing the document itself.
Checked most of the obvious and no luck.
Still waiting on a reply from Kew (which I would imagine is the most logical place it could be stored).
