I didn't realise the tape of Emma being a b?tch to Ashley had resurfaced. I only said to someone recently that I was wondering would the truth ever come out. I absolutely loath Emma!!

Did Arthur rewatch and hear it all?

Not in the episode tonight anyway.

And now that Arthur no longer wants to watch the videos, it looks like it will be a while before it resurfaces again:(

I'd say they're lining it up for Sandy to find, so he'll be ready to watch the vids then he'll see that. He'll at least understand what is going on. Would rather see that and Emma get investigated by the police / the boys going crazy than the other rumoured storyline about how she'll meet her demise...

Was Arthur's nightmare about Emma or his dad Ashley?

It's starting to go a bit "Hollyoaks" I really hope it don't ruin the recent good spell.

Why has no one noticed that Rhona and Leo have gone missing but Pierce is still around? (assume he is since she ran off on her own)

I think it's about Emma and he's trying to make sense of what it was he saw. I think he was ready to tell his grandad.

Emmerdale has confirmed that Gillian Kearney is bowing out of her role as Emma Barton, but not until the end of the year

I thought Sandy would find when on the computer or have added that video attachment instead of Arthur's window design

I was sure that was what was going to happen. They really dragging out the whole computer thing with pointless scenes to prolong it arent they. Like seriously what was with the whole porn video

It was either meant as a bit of ehhh titillation or Sandy asks Laurel to do something on the lappy for fear of messing up and she finds a video in that folder of Emma and Ashley.

That video thing was brilliant.... a nice bit of comic relief...Sandy was gas "Thats not how u use a remote" ha ha

Always someone else's fault than Adam, Victoria is right she deserves better

Funny how hard ass Eric is written to be a scared little man. He never was, what changed.
Emma has been self radialized . She is playing the bible word for word.

Paddy looked like a man possessed with the thought of Pierce hitting Rhona, turns out it's worse than that.

Dan works with Cain and Ross, two men who can sort those thugs out. I would like to see them take law into their own hands. They always do, why not now.

To be fair Eric when he first came in was more weasly and cowardly, selfish etc. He was never hard ass.
The "scared little man" is emotionally charged because of the violent incident, not helped by his heart condition and there has been a few scenes of late hinting that he is very lonely and struggling to get over Val (which is natural)

Is Dan still employed at the garage, him and Ross get fired so often by Cain I am confused :o:confused: I thought Dan went back to College training in some medical related thing after Ruby's death, was it to be a paramedic

Thought the part at the end was a bit ridiculous, blaming Moira for Emma ratting him out to Victoria, if he hadnt done it in the first place there'd have been nothing to tell!

So Rhona is back. My word she has three people who care a lot about her. I think they will work it out if she doesn't tell them.

  • Registered Users Posts: 86,532 ✭✭✭✭JP Liz V1

I'm glad Rhona finally told someone, where has Pierce gone to?

I'm not the biggest fan of Victoria, I can't put my finger on it, I just don't like her character (same way as I don't like Abi in Eastenders) but she has put up with an awful lot from Adam and definitely deserves better.

I thought I read somewhere that Adam
is leaving to pursue a career outside of Emmerdale so I'm assuming they do split up?

Ah I think Eric's change of character is indicative of what it's like to be an older person, living on your own, in ill health and feeling threatened like that. It can be soul destroying feeling trapped in your home by fear.
I also think he's probably really missing Val through all of this and really feeling his loneliness.

That is so true about Cain and Ross! I'm sure if Dan told them, they'd want to thump some heads. The 2 young fellas doing the most of the díck behaviour are only little weeds. Take their weapons away and they wouldn't be much good in a fight.

No surprise but Monday 15th tonight :) sees the arrival of Matt, the father of Carly's son Billy that died as a result of cot death. Matt will be played by Irish actor Jack Hickey, who was Young Braavosi in Game of Thrones and was also Sean Connolly in Rebellion. (Graduate of The Gaiety School of Acting.)

    Jack Hickey.

Pic is a sort of spoiler.

It was always going to be some prince charming type that Marlon can feel inferior to.

Bit of trivia, the original Carly was briefly played by Rebecca Ryan (Debbie Gallagher from Shameless) back in 2006.

Also the lad who originally played Bobs son Josh Hope went on to play Aarons boyfriend Jackson in later years
