With funerals in soaps, the dead never have other relations apart from those seen in the soap.

I like the actor and the character. He seems so conflicted between doing the right thing and the wrong thing. Such a well written genuinely interesting character for a change.

It would have been funny if they showed a Pat Phelan hologram encouraging him to do it :D

Ronnie threw his phone away before getting on the train. He should have no idea.
But yeah, soap funerals/weddings etc are ridiculous.

Missed a bit of last nights episode. Saw Lachlan holding the tube and missed after that. Did he bottle it?

Joe and Graham I'm getting homoerotic vibes from them when they are alone in scenes together or is it just me

why are we all suddenly obsessed with gay romances or any romances in Emmerdale for that matter?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,792 ✭✭✭Postgrad10

Because we're all in love with TomJoe or Alfred:).

Ross gets attacked with acid that is meant for TomJoe arranged by Debbie

Yeah not as good this week. Couldn't care less about Brenda and Bob. It's so flipping obvious it's Laurel, she's always skulking about him.

Wish Pat Phelan would show up on Emmerdale at this stage and rid us of that fúckin annoying, moany old bint. Or perhaps Lachie could do it?

Take Moira and the vicar with them too!

  • Registered Users Posts: 36,084 ✭✭✭✭BorneTobyWilde

    Brenda is a drama queen
'' oh i'm leaving never to return''
'' oh I just want him back''
'' oh I have him back but I just want out''
'' Oh I found out it's not Fiona but I still will believe it was''

    Boring Episode Starring Paddy

Amanda Barrie would be great as Nana Barton or Moira's mother, a sparing partner or friend for Faith Dingle

Two women wanting Paddy Kirk :confused:

Since Betty and Edna went, there has been no elderly core in the show.

Does anyone else, like me, watch Emmerdale on the TV3 Player? It used to be uploaded almost straight after it has been shown on TV. Now it is often hours before its uploaded!!! Same with Corrie. Real annoying!!
