I think it's important in this case. Only a handful of asexual characters on TV even though statistically 1 in every 100 people are asexual, and very few people know what asexuality even means so it's great to see it being explored in soap.

I do get what you mean about labeling people in general and putting people in to various boxes, defining them by their sexuality, gender, race, or whatever, isn't the best way forward for society, but on a personal level I think the wider public being able to understand what asexuality is or at least making them aware of it, is great.

She's about 16. Lots of people know their sexual orientation well before that, or at least enough to realise they don't quite fit in to the heteronormative outlook and start to try and figure things out, which is exactly what Liv is doing.

Liv asexual storyline will be interesting and so is he acid storyline Emmerdale is being very original

I thought it was a good episode tonight .
Ross , with Moses not looking at him to his reaction with the mirror , so believable .

Gabby with Liv , so cruel , so much like the Gabby of old really .

I have to laugh at the fact that Gabby was being escorted out of the room and of course in true soap fashion, Bernice released her grip to let her say one more thing. And of course the whole room is gawping like they are watching theatre when in real life they would be feeling very embarrassed and awkward.
