Not sure about the source as regards reliability (NewsOk.com) but

"The NBA's regular season ends April 12, and the deadline for participants to submit their votes for individual awards (MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, Most Improved Player, Rookie of the Year, Sixth Man Award, Coach of the Year) is April 14"

It would make more sense for it to be this Friday to be honest.

Celtics look like getting the no.1 seed in the east now with an easier two games than the Cavs.

Thanks for that re. voting date, didn't see anything on it. I know it makes sense, but then again when did sense ever have anything to do with things! :D

On Cavs/Celtics and No. 1 seed, the Cavs hold the tiebreaker (3-1) so it's unlikely. It doesn't mean much to the Cavs, but it could to Boston. All immaterial though if they don't progress to the Conf. Finals.

How potentially cool is the Houston v OKC matchup in Rd. 1 going to be though? Houston are the better team no question, but the Harden v Westbrook battle will be great to watch.

The only first round series that has potential to be epic

Well the Cavs lose three straight after their beat down of the Celtics and cost themselves the #1 seed in the process. Desperate stuff

    Not 100% definite yet.....

Extra Butter: just seen the Cavs play Toronto in their last game and are sitting LeBron.

Celts get 1 seed. Game was tied at 74 before Boston pulled away. Much closer game than the scoreline suggests.

I was hoping to see Boston in the final but LeBron is too strong. What a player
I can't wait to watch to final. What is your opinion? Warriors or Cleveland?
