Hi guys I'm interested in getting a new tv and was considering the Panasonic dx 700 series, either the 50 or 58 inch versions, looking for your opinions on these or anything else along these kinda lines?

    Hi Sideshow,

thanks for the post & apologies for the delay getting back to you - I personally L O V E the Panasonic DX700 series and if you are looking for a top-class 4K TV without breaking the bank but with great picture quality AND amazing build quality I would say don't look any further!

The Panasonic TX50DX700 is £699 and the Panasonic TX58DX700 is £899 - we are doing (starting today) a special on the 58DX700 at £899 with a £50 voucher ( ie £849 after voucher) which makes it even better value!

    Hi Sideshow Cecil.

I would not sat the Panasonic 750 series is rubbish in anyway at all.

Perhaps the guy you spoke to is a Sony fan over the others on the market.
Although Sony do make some very good televisions also. Its not an easy choice as there are so many nice televisions on the market at the moment.
For a 55" Sony there is the KD55XD8005 priced at £999.00

In terms of JVC, I wouldn't rate them amongst the well known brands although as we don't stock the brand I can not give an honest view on them.
If your thinking JVC you should be looking at the Hisense 55M5500 priced at £649.00 (Still a small amount in stock).

Even the LG 55UH661 coming in at £779.00 would be worth a look at.

    LG 49UH661 priced at £629.00
