    Hi,

I just renewed my subscription for another 18 months and I was told that there will be no change on my speed (23 Mbps Downstream). BUT to my surprise the speed had decreased to 6 Mbps! Also my IP has been changed. When I first registered I really struggled to get the maximum bandwidth possible (23 Mbps) but it is a huge regression.

What happened? And do I have to go trough the same process to go back to my original connection speed?

    Thanks
