Alternatively recommend anyone who's good at providing general attic storage. I've a nightmare of alarm wires and electric cables that stopped a guy years ago putting in more than about 5 square metres of flooring right inside the door.

And I need to start somewhere to try and improve situation. Can't really afford a full conversion. But would like to figure my options.
