    Hi looking at renting a town house in Cowper village - Dublin 6 . Does anyone know what the area is like - are the houses in good condition . Any advice would be greatly appreciated .

    Quiet area. Some houses are in good condition and some not.

    I don't know at this stage. I think they were part of a tax relief scheme initially but there are many owner occupiers there now.
