Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Our elderly Zanussi has had tlc on many occasions from our engineer but even he said last year that it is just about done.

    I'm thinking of a Samsung ecoBubble that has a 9kg capacity and 1400 rpm spin. Currys.ie quotes €799.99 whereas Currys.co.uk quotes £449.99.

Given the sterling/euro rates at the moment, there's absolutely zero way that I'm prepared to pay that much of a differential.

I'm going to shop around down here but I was also wondering if any boardsies have bought large white goods from the UK for delivery to Ireland. If you have, who did you buy from and were there any issues in the event of a warranty problem?

    Thanks!

definitely check the warranty covers it down here if you buy up north, I used to do a lot of warranty work for companies in the past and a lot of the distributors only covered goods bought in R.O.I.

Some NI retailers deliver around Ireland. You could ask Armagh electrical for one, I'm sure there are more.
